What I ate today
- Breakfast - porridge made with soya milk and organic oats; grapes and berries salad.
- Lunch - Organic brown rice with a chickpea and mixed vegetables tomato sauce; steamed broccoli; corn on the cob.
- Dinner - two sliced tomatoes with balsamic dressing; peanut butter on 2 slices of wholemeal bread; two kiwis.
- Hydration - three mugs of green tea; two liters of water;
one cheeky bottle of Supermalt
