Tuesday 11th May 2010 was my last day of secondary school. This september I will be moving on to a new sixth form to do my A-levels. Before 11-05-10 I could not wait to leave my school behind and leave behind all of the bad memories and bed friends. It wasn’t until that day that I realised how many amazing people and amazing memories I was to leave behind too. As you can imagine, there were a lot of tears - and not just from me. I’m going to miss my friends and a few teachers (!) but I am still so grateful to God for blessing me with a place in one of the best 6th Forms in London. This is just a little note of appreciation to God because I know I would not have made it through those five, often long, years without Him.

Thank you Jesus for being with me, loving me, protecting me.

Thank you that because you love me you sent your Spirit to guide and protect me.

Now I know that if it had not been for you I would not have made it through that test to share this testimony right now. Thank you that so many would have gone through this and not made it, but I did - thanks to you.

Thank you that your word promises that you will never leave us nor forsake us. You are not a man that you should lie and what you have promised will surely come to pass.

Thank you that you Word says

When you pass through the waters,
       I will be with you;
       and when you pass through the rivers,
       they will not sweep over you.
       When you walk through the fire,
       you will not be burned;
       the flames will not set you ablaze. (Isaiah 43:2)

And truly, O Lord, I went through the fire and the water and the water did not sweep over me, neither did the flames set me ablaze.

Glory be to God in the highest. Lord you are my rock and my redeemer and I will eternally glorify you, give you all praise and adoration. You are the most High and none can be compared to you; the whole earth is full of your praises!

I can testify that I made it to the glory of God. Hallelujah
