Breakfast: Soya oatmeal [it may seem repetitive eating the same thing for breakfast everyday - but it’s so delicious! try it :)]. Banana.
Lunch: Boiled potatoes with the stew I made the other day. I’ve now added cannelini beans as those haricot guys are kinda feeble in flavour. Apple. Green Tea.
[I’ve decided to replace potatoes with whole grain carbs, such as whole wheat cous cous/rice/pasta, as they don’t really provide much nutrients and make me feel really full.]
Dinner: Peanut butter on soya and linseed bread. Cornflakes with soya milk. Peppermint tea.
