Had my first ever vegan cupcake today courtesy of Ms Cupcake! I went for the mint choc and ‘twas delicious. You would not have been able to tell the difference had the cupcake sat alongside a non-vegan one. I tend to eat little bits at a time so I got stuffed quite quickly and could not finish mine; it was one of those cupcakes that are 65% icing! Loved it though, and will be back again :) ...
