Breakfast: Soya oatmeal [it may seem repetitive eating the same thing for breakfast everyday - but it’s so delicious! try it :)]. Banana.
Lunch: Boiled potatoes with the stew I made the other day. I’ve now added cannelini beans as those haricot guys are kinda feeble in flavour. Apple. Green Tea.

Breakfast: Soya oatmel. Banana.
Lunch: Peanut butter sandwich. Granola bar. Snack: Green tea. Apple.
Dinner: Boiled potatoes and carrot, tomato and haricot bean stew with a spinach salad. Dessert: Lemon sorbet. Snack: Vegan ‘burger’ + spinach in a wholemeal wrap. Soya yogurt. Peppermint tea.
[As evident by the huge amount of food consumed - yesterday was one of those very long days...

Yeah I was a vegan for a while too and I had to take a Vitamin D supplement. My iron and B vitamins were in the normal range, but low. You might want to get your Vitamin D levels checked out, especially if you're brown to dark-skinned.
